SECURITY
Any page that asks you for personal information is highly secure. I use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to ensure a secure end-to-end link. I will never share your personal information, including your email address, with anyone or any company for any reason.
My secure server protects your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the bottom status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information.
GolfCartCare.com is secured by Comodo and GeoTrust, a state-of-the-art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use or viewing.
POLICY
Please be assured that GOLF Cart Care cares about your business. I am dedicated to provide quality OEM or after-market parts at the lowest possible cost to you. I also give troubleshooting advice and will make every effort to assist you in getting the parts you need to get your cart operating like new.
SHIPMENTS-ORDERS
All orders are usually processed and shipped (1)one to (2)two business days of receiving order. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS carriers. SPECIAL ORDER parts are shipped as soon as they arrive in stock, usually (1) one to (2) two business weeks. ALL CLAIMS of NOT receiving parts must be made to me either by phone or email within 20 days of order date. If no such notification is made, orders will be deemed processed, shipped and received by you.
RETURNS
ALL returned parts must include an RA number obtained from GOLF Cart Care. Electrical parts are returnable ONLY for store credit. SPECIAL ORDER parts are non-returnable and can't be cancelled once order is placed.
MANUALS are non-returnable EXCEPT if the incorrect manual was shipped. All returned parts must be shipped pre-paid and in their original, undamaged package and must not have been installed or used. If an incorrect part was ordered, you may return the part at your expense and receive STORE CREDIT ONLY.
If an incorrect part was sent, return shipping will be reimbursed by me and you will receive a CREDIT in the form of payment used.

Company Info
GOLF Cart Care is composed of a Service and Repair Shop and an Internet Sales processing site (Parts are NOT available for pick-up at the Internet Sales location). Because of online competition, prices on the Internet Site won't be honored at the Repair Shop.
